Intellectual property
The RUNIA platform, brand, and documentation are our exclusive property. You retain full ownership of every website, text, and translation you generate — we claim no license over your client deliverables beyond what is needed to operate the service.
Liability
The platform is provided with the service levels stated in your plan. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These notices are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer and data protection rights in your jurisdiction of residence.
