Our GDPR posture
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. RUNIA acts as data controller for account data and as data processor for the content agencies generate for their clients.
Safeguards
Data processing agreements are available for all paid plans. International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses. Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and audit logging are enforced platform-wide.
Data subject rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection requests can be sent to legal@runia.io. We respond within 30 days and never charge for exercising your rights.
