Our LGPD posture
We comply with Lei nº 13.709/2018, Brazil's General Data Protection Law. Brazilian users' personal data is processed under the legal bases of contract performance and legitimate interest, with consent where required.
Data principal rights
Brazilian data principals may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion of their personal data via legal@runia.io. Responses are provided within the statutory 15-day window where applicable.
Transfers and security
International transfers follow LGPD Chapter V mechanisms. We apply encryption, access control, and audit logging proportionate to the sensitivity of the data processed.
